Threads data and privacy

This notice covers BLACKMORE's internal Threads marketing application. Authorized operators use it to manage BLACKMORE's account, prepare content, review relevant public conversations and respond after approval. This application is separate from products purchased on the BLACKMORE website.
Information processed
With the account holder's authorization, the application processes the connected account's identifier and username, authentication credentials, its posts and available performance statistics, and public posts and replies relevant to the brand. Conversation records can include usernames, post identifiers and links, text, attachment references, timestamps, reply relationships and the operator's review decisions.
Purpose and sharing
We use this information to prepare and publish approved brand content, answer relevant comments, follow ongoing conversations, prevent duplicate replies and assess marketing performance. Relevant public conversation text and brand facts may be sent to the operator's connected AI writing service to draft or translate replies. Review text and selected media are sent to the authorized operator through Telegram. Meta receives requests needed to read or publish Threads content. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not sell conversation records or account credentials.
Storage and retention
The application runs on an authorized operator's computer. Active credentials are stored using Windows account encryption. Content, draft, approval and publication records are stored locally to support current operations, review and duplicate prevention. Retention is managed by the operator; disconnecting an account does not automatically erase every record, exported file or backup. The operator reviews retained material and removes information no longer needed for these purposes, subject to applicable retention duties. Hosting providers may keep operational logs for this public information page.
Request access, correction or deletion
Email hanbok@theblackmore.shop with the subject “Threads data request”, your Threads username and, where relevant, the affected public post links. State whether you want access, correction, deletion or cessation of processing. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.
We verify the requester's authority using appropriate non-secret information, identify the relevant records, stop applicable queued processing, and process the request. Deletion handling includes relevant local records and separately retained exports or backups under BLACKMORE's control. We explain the outcome and any information that must be retained, including its reason. This is an operator-handled request, not an automatic deletion confirmation.
The account holder can also revoke BLACKMORE's access through Threads' connected-app settings. Revocation stops future authorized API access; it does not by itself erase existing local records. Deleting local application data does not delete content already published on Threads. Manage that content in Threads or identify the relevant post in your request. Other people's posts remain under their authors' and Meta's control.

열람·정정·삭제·처리 중지를 원하면 hanbok@theblackmore.shop으로 Threads 사용자명과 관련 글 주소, 요청 내용을 보내 주세요. 비밀번호나 토큰은 보내지 마세요. 요청 권한과 대상 자료를 확인해 관련 대기 작업과 보관 자료·사본을 처리하고, 결과와 필요한 보존 사유를 안내합니다. Threads에서 연결된 앱 권한을 취소할 수도 있습니다. 로컬 삭제와 이미 공개된 Threads 게시물 삭제는 별개입니다.
