Application terms
BLACKMORE Marketing Desktop is an internal, owner-operated Windows tool. These terms describe the YouTube features of that tool. They do not replace the separate terms for products purchased from BLACKMORE.
Authorized use
Use only channels and source material you are authorized to manage. The operator is responsible for reviewing each video's content, audio, title, description, intended audience, privacy and synthetic-media disclosure before authorizing its upload. Do not use the tool for spam, impersonation, misleading product claims, or unauthorized distribution.
YouTube and Google terms
By using these YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The application uses YouTube API Services. Read the application's data and privacy notice and the Google Privacy Policy before connecting an account.
Upload authorization and limitations
A schedule authorizes transfer of the reviewed file with the reviewed settings. The PC, application and network must be available. Platform processing times, API restrictions, review decisions, Shorts classification, discovery, audience response and sales are outside the application's control. No reach or commercial result is guaranteed. Uncertain upload results are held for review instead of automatically creating another video.
Disconnecting
Use the local connection screen to stop its YouTube reservations and request local data deletion and Google authorization revocation. This does not remove videos already on YouTube; manage those in YouTube Studio. Google project-wide revocation and separately exported data are explained in the data notice.
